Multi-Year Pledges
Extraordinary goals require extraordinary generosity, and multi-year pledges are a great way to maximize your support. We encourage families to plan their campaign gift over a period of 3-5 years, the full commitment of which will be counted towards the campaign goal.

Donor Advised Funds
Many families make multi-year pledges using Donor Advised Funds. Please contact Lauren Thornhill for more information or to begin a conversation about using Donor Advised Funds to make a campaign gift.

Stock
Publicly traded securities are a great way to fulfill your pledge or make an outright gift to the campaign. Please refer to our stock transfer instructions under the “Support” tab on hamlin.org for more information.

Matching Gifts
Many corporations offer matching gift programs for employees and their families to charitable institutions such as The Hamlin School. These gifts allow you to double or sometimes even triple your gift or more to the school. Supporters will be recognized at the level of their total giving, including any matching gifts.
 

Cryptocurrency

Hamlin accepts cryptocurrency. To make a gift using cryptocurrency, please contact Lauren Thornhill, Executive Director of Institutional Advancement at thornhill@hamlin.org.

 

Gifts in Kind or Other Assets

Hamlin accepts gifts in kind and other assets such as privately held securities upon approval from the Board Gift Acceptance Committee. If you would like to make an in kind gift or donation of other assets, please contact Lauren Thornhill, Executive Director of Institutional Advancement at thornhill@hamlin.org.

Naming Opportunities
Hamlin is honored to recognize extraordinary gifts on spaces in the physical transformation of the school as well as on endowment funds. Naming opportunities begin at $250,000 for endowment funds and $500,000 for physical spaces.
